David Moreau brings an extraordinary level of professional engineering expertise to the table, as well as the kind of “big picture” vision that makes it possible for DCM to make significant contributions to any project team.

During his long and distinguished career, David has excelled not only in his professional field of civil engineering, but also in his career in the United States Air Force, retiring with the rank of colonel. David has significant leadership and management experience, and has both the talent and tenacity to take on large, complex challenges.

David has developed an extensive network of talented, experienced professionals, both outside and within the military arena, giving him the ability to pull together the perfect resources to match the scope and scale of a particular project.

DCM Associates is David’s current enterprise, offering an extraordinary menu of engineering consulting services and contract staffing to the military, the Federal government, municipalities, as well as the commercial sector. DCM specializes engineering services related to facilities/infrastructure construction, repair, and maintenance. Serving as the backbone of the organization, David ensures that DCM field staff is always well supported with the necessary level of engineering expertise, which sets DCM apart from other contractors.
